Shipping Delays (22nd - 27th of June 2025):

We have been notified that from Sunday 22nd of June until Friday 27th of June, there may be some disruptions in The Netherlands due to security measures for the NATO Summit in The Hague on Tuesday 24th of June and Wednesday 25th of June.

This event will bring traffic restrictions, road closures, and heavy congestion, especially around Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and The Hague. This might cause delays with your outbound orders (both non cross-border and cross-border) and inbound deliveries.

Our carriers are doing their best to minimize the impact by redirecting shipments to sorting centers outside the affected area. Still, please keep in mind that some delays in sorting might happen.

For deliveries within The Netherlands, parcels going to certain postal codes near the World Forum in The Hague may be delivered to nearby service points instead.

We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking updates and, if possible, sending any urgent orders before or after this period.
